Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta with Broccoli
Ingredients:
Bowtie pasta (farfalle)
Cooked chicken breast
Fresh spinach
Cherry tomatoes
Garlic
Heavy cream or Alfredo sauce
Parmesan cheese
Olive oil
Broccoli (steamed)
Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Steam or sauté broccoli with a pinch of salt and olive oil.
3. In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, add chicken breast slices and cook until lightly browned.
4. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, cook until wilted.
5. Pour in heavy cream (or Alfredo sauce), add Parmesan, and simmer until thickened.
6. Mix in the cooked pasta, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
7. Serve with broccoli on the side.
